1967 Chevrolet Impala Parked Inside for Decades Hides Changes Under the Hood

The 1967 Chevrolet Impala is a car that has a lot of history, as it was one of the most popular models of its time.

However, not all Impalas are driven and enjoyed, and some end up parked inside for decades, hiding changes under the hood.

Such is the case of this Impala, which was stored in a garage for 40 years, and is back with a surprise.

The owner, Tom Smith, inherited the car from his grandfather, who had modified the engine to a 427 cubic inch V8,

which was not available for the Impala in 1967.

The engine produces 385 horsepower, making the car a beast of a machine.
